SWALLOWS NEST COUNTRY COTTAGES, located in a scenic and peaceful garden setting, offers individual and spacious Cape-Dutch style cottages with attractive decorative internal facebrick and high wooden ceilings, all bathrooms are en-suite with showers and/or baths and all homely comforts are provided. The cottages are fully equipped with fans, heaters, coloured TV’s, electric hobs, microwave ovens, fridge/freezers, wall safes, complimentary tea / coffee and each cottage offers a private patio with braai/barbeque overlooking the lovely garden and inviting swimming-pool. Ideal for honeymooners, small or large families or group of friends.
A full English breakfast can be supplied on request in our attractive guest dining-room or on the patio in an attractive garden setting with uninterruptive views of the Storms River peak with its ever-changing views.

Sweetpea and Snowdrop Cottages each consists of a large lounge, one double bedroom with a queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, one small single room with a single bed also en-suite to the single bathroom and a large open plan kitchen with a breakfast nook. These cottages accommodate a maximum of three persons each.
Oaktree and Blackwood Cottages each consists of a large lounge, dining-room,kitchen, one double bedroom with a queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower and the second double bedroom offers a queen-size bed and bunk beds with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. These cottages accommodate a maximum of six persons each.
Hyacinth and Bluebell Cottages each consist of a lounge, dining-room, kitchen, one double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed (in Hyacinth Cottage)or bunk beds (in Bluebell Cottage)with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and upstairs, on the mezzanine floor, are an additional three single beds with an en-suite bathroom with a bath. These cottages respectively accommodate six and seven persons each.

Ideal for nature lovers and bird watchers, the Tsitsikamma is a wonderland for all and offers a variety of activities to keep guests entertained. Closely situated to the Tsitsikamma Nature Reserve with its breath-taking scenery, trails, enjoy a walk to the Suspension Bridge, the stone age cave or take a short boat trip up the Storms River Gorge, enjoy peaceful walks in the unspoilt Tsitsikamma Forests.
Also, for the more adventurous, there are unusual activities such as the Treetop Canopy Tours, Tsitsikamma Falls Zipline, the world’s highest Bungy Jump off the Bloukrans Bridge, the attractions are many!
Breakfast is optional and on request at an additional charge. Our breakfast consists of fruit salad with yoghurt, cereals,toast with marmelades, plus a full English breakfast with fruit juice, tea and coffee.
Our dining-room can be used for conferencing although we do not supply any conference materials and would only be able to cater for small groups.
